Our founder, Attorney Mark Cicero, is distinguished not only by his academic achievements but also by his genuine passion for law and justice. A magna cum laude graduate from the University of Akron School of Law, Mark excelled in courses such as property law and the law of wills, trusts, and estates. Prior to law school, he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Cleveland State University.

Beyond his legal career, Mark is an avid music lover, amusement park enthusiast, and a dedicated fan of Cleveland sports, reflecting our firm's deep ties to the Northeast Ohio community. Tara Gilson is a rising 3L at Cleveland State University College of Law, aspiring to practice estate, trust, and probate administration law. Born and raised in New York, Tara graduated summa cum laude from Pace University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. She externed for Honorable Judge Anthony Russo in Cuyahoga County Probate Court.
Hobbies
In her free time, Tara enjoys reading and attending community workout classes. She adopted a rescue puppy named Dunkin in 2018.
